This instance only occurs when one is using one of our old generation devices. The GPS chipsets have greatly improved since these models and is no longer an issue with our new generation devices.
It is advisable to upgrade to one of our new generation devices to avoid inaccurate readings and get the most from our time saving functions in the Little LogBook Global software. Contact sales@littlelogbook.net to get yours.
Should you want to persist with your old device, these straight lines can be deleted, by Splitting the trip at the correct point and deleting the straight line. Details of how to do it clearly explained in the User Guide.
It is advised to keep your old generation device updated with the latest AGPS data. More information available in our User Guide.
