After downloading and editing your trips you need to create a report for submission (via email or printing report).
All the report options are included under the “Reports” tab. The software allows the user to create different types of reports (i.e. summary, detailed, kml, Excel & CSV) including an option to choose the preferred group (i.e. business, private, other, or all).
When drawing a report, the report is automatically saved to a folder in the installation folder, defaulted to “C:\Little LogBook Global\Reports”
This default report location can be changed by simply clicking the “Report” tab and select “Set location” under alternative report folders.
Summary Report: under the “Reports” tab click on the “Summary” button.
Depending on your report period (entered during registration) the list of annual report ranges will differ in the list that is displayed. Select the report year required for the trip summary report.
The annual summary report displays a summation of your trips for the selected report period, per month with odometer readings
- Reporting period can be changed by selecting the “Report” button under the “Report” tab
Detailed Report: Under the “Reports” tab click on the “Detailed” button.

The annual detailed report displays all information of trips including start & end location, date & time for the selected report period.
Excel Report: under the “Reports” tab click on the “Custom” button, select the date range for the report, under report type select excel, then indicate whether you want both business and private trips to be included under the group.
CSV Report: under the “Reports” tab click on the “Custom” button, select the date range for the report, under report type select CSV, then indicate whether you want both business and private trips to be included under the group.
KML Report: under the “Reports” tab click on the “Custom” button, select the date range for the report, under report type select KML, then indicate whether you want both business and private trips to be included under the group.
Please note: users need to have Google Earth downloaded on their computers in order to view trips on KML (street view).
