Errors when creating a report:
1. “System could not find file specified”
OR
2. Database backup error – “The error message is: Input string was not in a correct format”
This is caused by your internet security settings. The report get created and saved to your report’s default location. Simply close the error message and go to the “Report” tab then click “Open File” location button to view your reports.
