Synchronize vehicle and software odometer readings.
Variances between the two measuring mechanisms (car odometer and GPS calculations) can be synchronized back to the vehicle’s odometer reading. There are between 2% - 10% in variance between vehicle odometer and mathematically calculated distance. Any variances are reflected as user defined discrepancies and added to the private column.
- Open Little LogBook Global application
- Click on the “Sync” button to display a list of odometers
- Click on the plus button to add a new odometer
Enter the odometer reading in Kilometers or Miles. It is important to note the date and the time of the odometer reading. It may be that for the given date, trips were made before and after the odometer, which will give different opening and closing calculated odometer readings on reports where odometers pertain.
